Fees include lunches, tea/coffee breaks and refreshments, certificates, program booklets, complimentary bags, and access to all activities at the symposium (except Gala Dinner and Local Cultural Tour). Please note fees do NOT include accommodation & airport transport. Undergraduate students who want to participate will be considered for special deducted fees.

Fees for participants who are reluctant to present online will be 80 USD for International or 1.800.000 VND for Vietnamese participants. Because online participation has limited access to certain activities, we encourage all friends and colleagues to participate in-person and enjoy all activities at Thai Binh Duong University as well as in Nha Trang City. As a recent common practice of many international conventions, and e-certificates will be issued to all participants (including online presenters) via emails provided in the registration form.

A Gala Dinner (20 USD/500.000 VND) and Local Cultural Tour (28 USD/700.000 VND) are NOT INCLUDED in the symposium participation fees, which only enrollers pay via our registration form.

Publication opportunities: the publication fee for those who want to get their full papers featured in proceedings (ISBN) is 60 USD/1.500.000 VND (excluded from participation fees). Best papers will be reviewed to appear in a Special Issue of Vietnam Journal of Education and Policy Futures in Education with affordable publishing fees (to be updated).
